San Isidro is an up market residential suburb that enjoys attractive leafy cobbled streets with an interesting colonial core.
Local attractions are the numerous Yacht clubs, golf courses and turf racing tracks that add to the picturesque surroundings. A stone’s throw away from one of the most unique Delta formations in the world, sailing and other water sports take up local free time. Night life offers residents a wide choice of restaurants and discos situated along 

the coast of the Río de la Plata and other focal areas. There are over half a dozen large multicinema centres as well as large shopping malls and entertainment parks.A 30 minutes train ride on a very efficient railway service, communicates San Isidro to Buenos Aires.


GENERAL INFORMATION

International House San Isidro organises courses for foreigners who come to learn the language in Argentina.

These courses can be Intensive or Extended and provide accommodation and social programmes for those students who should require this service.

The courses are run by teachers who hold an IHC Spanish (International House Certificate in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language), and are organised in six levels.

The material used is based on modern methodologies in language learning, with emphasis on communication and interaction.

Students are placed in their level after taking a placement test, and must attend 80% of the course and pass oral and written exams to obtain an : International House Certificate

You can also train to sit for the DELE exam Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera       

 

 

All fees include class material, final exam and certificate.

International House offers special In-Company Courses for firms who have foreign employees who need to acquire the Spanish language. 

These courses can be one-to-one or in groups.

We also offer courses for travellers who need the basic language to get around with.

Conocemos muy bien los desafíos que enfrentan los ejecutivos extranjeros y sus familias: adaptarse a un nuevo país, lengua y forma de trabajo. Los primeros días, por ejemplo, un ejecutivo necesita conocer un vocabulario diferente al que necesitará su familia –esposa e hijos- en su adaptación. 

Es por esto que ofrecemos programas diseñandos para estos estudiantes y sus familias. Con el fin de aliviar el proceso de reubicación en un nuevo ambiente cultural les damos a nuestros alumnos, junto con la enseñanza del idioma, una

orientación intercultural que les facilitará sus tareas cotidianas en Argentina y les permitirá socializar con argentinos e integrarse a la comunidad.
