San Isidro
San Isidro is a residential suburb of Buenos Aires with an interesting colonial feel with cobblestone streets which can take you back in time.
Its charm and appeal can be found in the many nearby clubs including yachting, golf and horse racing, as well as the natural beauty of its surroundings. Nearby, in Tigre, is one of the only Deltas in the world. Sailing and other water sports can be carried out in the Rio de la Plata.
At night there is a wide choice of restaurants and discos located along the Hippodrome, alongside the Rio de la Plata and other nearby areas. There are also around a dozen multi-screen cinemas, several shopping centres and amusement parks.
An excellent train service connects San Isidro to Retiro Station in down town Buenos Aires, a trip of 30 minutes.
